The Legends of Park City class was designed for you, The Legend. Park City residents who are 60+ and want to keep playing outside and enjoying our beautiful mountain town. This is not a typical “Crossfit” style class.
This class is built around Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). FRC focuses on joint control, strength and stability, contributing to the longevity of our athletes.
Every movement places demands on your joints. Skiing, boarding, golfing, biking, running, hiking, squatting, sitting, standing, walking, etc. all require certain joint ranges of motion. If you don’t have the necessary mobility (active, usable joint ranges), these movements damage your joints and tissue. By identifying and correcting joint limitations, we will help you excel in your favorite activities.
Legends of Park City classes are every Monday and Wednesday from 2:00-3:00pm.
