WEDNESDAY: Barbell for Boobs. We will be running “GRACE” in every class! This is a great cause let’s load the classes full of energy this is a workout that feeds off of energy! Come get after it!
THURSDAY: NO 4:30PM/5:30PM class! Come up to Main st. and see all the little kids and big kids dressed up! We will be chasing around a witch and a leopard!
SATURDAY: We will be culminating the Paleo Challenge with a inter-gym throwdown. There will be 3 wods and all work will be completed in a 90 min. window. These workouts that are doable for all levels and will be challenging!
