The Paleo Challenge ends this Wednesday. Make sure to get back down to Salt Lake and back into the bodpod so we can measure the difference. You can do it at any point this week but try to get it done no later then thursday. Get in while you are still eating strict.
Thursday October 31st, the evening classes will be canceled (4:30pm/5:30pm) head up to Main street and see a bunch of kids running around all hopped up on sugar!
Saturday Nov. 2 we will be hosting our own little inter-gym throwdown. It will consist of 3 different events. It will take no longer then 90 mins. We will run all men in one group and all women in another group!!
