EMOM for 8 mins.

A). 3 Deadlifts at 60% of 1 rep max (Focus on speed)

Rest 3 Mins.

 

B). 8 Mins. of Double Under work

Rest 3 mins.

 

C). 5 Rounds for completion (no Timer)

5 Stirct Pull Ups

5 Strict Ring Dips

Squatfit and its finest!
