In teams of two complete the following for time:
Sprint 1 mile (One person runs 200m the other rests. Then switch every 200m until 1 mile is completed.)
Row 3K (One person rests while the other rows 500m then switch until 3000m is completed.)
Airdyne 240 CALS (one person spins until 40 Cals are spun then switch at 40 CALS and do so until 240 Cals are completed.)
