REMINDER: The 8:30 AM class has been canceled. The attendance was not consistently over the 5 person per class total that we need. Don’t worry we will reevalute where we are again in a few months. Great job in attendance recently guys! We are consistently hit 40+ on a regular basis! Not bad for a box that has a skiing problem!

QUESTION(S): Who hit a PR today in the “Filthy 50?” Is it strange how we now view our WOD’s that when a 25-30 WOD pops up we all sigh and say (in my mocking women’s voice that apparently all my mocks are in this tone) “Oooooh my gawd I can’t believe this workout it is sooooo long, ew!?”How differently we view going long now days.

    I cut one minute off my previous time…and felt that effort all day long. I felt like a piece of burnt toast! Again, it’s one of my favorite WODs.

    I shaved 1 min. and 5 seconds off my last Filthy 50! SOOO excited! Thank you for the push, Michael…I needed it.

  3. Filthy won yesterday. But I felt great before having to stop. Freak accident….
