*THERE WILL BE NO FREE CLASS THIS SATURDAY*
We are toying around with the idea of adding a “make-up” class on Friday’s at 1PM. This class will not have any formal teaching however there will be a coach there to answer question and of course look out for your technique and correct anything we see. There will be no group run warm-up run by a coach and no progressions for barbell work. The clock will start 10 mins into the class and it is up to you to know when you started and when you finish. This hour will be used to make up any class you missed through out the week or an opportunity to do a WOD you have been wanting to do. This class will NOT be used for the following: asking the coach to program something for you, to ask a coach to help you with your Oly lifting, however you may come in and work on Oly lifting. Again, the coach is not there to watch just you. You should come to the box with a WOD that you want to do based on past WOD’s you have missed.
