WOD 2/7/13

A. Who can do the “guerrilla test” at the gym?

B. Run 800m

30 Double Unders

Run 600m

60 Double Unders

Run 400m

90 Double Unders

Does this look familiar?

I would like to retract my prior statement…today’s WOD is why I love this Sport.
It combined something I’m pretty good at (running) with my nemesis (DU’s). And in the end…I crushed it!!! 300 DU’s would have been unachievable only a few months ago.
Thanks Mike for your focus on athleticism!
