    Legs and lungs are toast…sleeping in an stretching.

    Quick Kudos to CrossFit…took 10% off my best time in the XC race this past weekend…and I’ll give the lions share of the credit to CrossFit-Minerstown (for Mikes coaching and the awesome athletes I get to train with).
