Our Mission


At CrossFit Minerstown, we believe that no two athletes posses the same strengths, or the same weaknesses. It is our commitment to ensure EVERY athlete receives programming that balances their strengths, deficiencies, and goals. We believe fitness is a constant evolution and a journey with no end date or arrival. It is our responsibility to educate our staff and to share our passion in order to maximize the experiences of our members.


We do not guess. One size does not fit all. We stay engaged throughout every step of the journey. During a new member’s FOUR INTRODUCTORY ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS, we compile 50+ unique points of mobility and performance data. This allows our staff to understand what YOU NEED in your program, which ensures you stay healthy and injury free, and increases your general level of fitness. Regardless of your previous experience, this process is a prerequisite to becoming a member here.


Our mission is to provide our members with a Comprehensive Fitness Curriculum that not only instills strength and flexibility, but also a sound understanding of how the human body works. Our methodology, core beliefs and values allow us to create and continually evaluate a journey of physical and mental wellness. We are CrossFit Minerstown, and you are ready.
