I had a great conversation, albeit brief, but meaningful with Mike D. this morning regarding finding something (A profession in our context) to do and doing it extraordinarily well. No matter what it is; a teacher, a framer, a fitness coach, a lawyer etc. Whatever it is, do it and be damn good at it. Stay in your lane and excel. Don't do 2 things well or 3 things decently or 4 things average. Find your passion and excel at THAT!
This quote that Mike was speaking about, where does he see it? In a high school locker room! How applicable is this at any venture/level/maturity in life? Every one of them! Check out the picture below, read it, think about and have a conversation with somebody about it. You will learn something about yourself and the other person you are speaking with! Challenge yourself to this and perhaps do this with an acquaintance and not a good friend.

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:
10 SA Dumbbell Ground to Overhead/side (35/25)
20 Wall Balls
200 Meter Run
20 Box Jumps (24/20)

5 TNG Deadlifts (Double hand over, no mixed grip)
Then at that loading
5 TNG Deadlifts
Rest 30 Secs.
30 Sec. Hollow Rock hold
Rest 2 mins.
B.) Row 3 Mins. Max Cals
Rest 1 min.
At the 4 Min. mark Max DB Thrusters for 2 mins.
Rest 3 Mins.
-Score is Cals on Rower + Thruster reps
*Also Notate at what weight you did the TNG Deads
